ChatGPT for Productivity
In this course, you'll learn specific workflows for using ChatGPT to save hours every week — from inbox management and writing to research, planning, learning, and meeting prep.
About this course
Most people who know ChatGPT exists use it for 5% of what it could do for them. They ask one-off questions when they should be running entire workflows. This course closes that gap.
You’ll learn the specific systems that turn ChatGPT from “occasionally useful” into “saves me 5–10 hours per week.” We cover the daily workflows that actually matter: handling email and inbox triage, writing first drafts at speed, doing research that used to take half a day, planning your week, preparing for meetings, learning new skills, and turning rough notes into polished outputs.
Every workflow comes with ready-to-use prompts you can save and reuse. We also cover the techniques that make ChatGPT a multiplier rather than a distraction: custom instructions, project setups, building your own prompt library, and integrating ChatGPT into the tools you already use (email, calendar, documents).
This isn’t theory or hype. By the end, you’ll have a working system for using AI to do the things you already need to do — faster, with less friction, and at higher quality. The time savings are real, and they compound over weeks and months.
This course assumes you’ve completed “Introduction to ChatGPT” or know the basics: what ChatGPT is, how to write a clear prompt, and how to verify outputs. If you haven’t yet, start there.
Who is this course for?
This course is designed for:
Knowledge workers, freelancers, and professionals who want to use ChatGPT to save real time
People who’ve used ChatGPT casually and want to make it a serious productivity tool
Anyone whose work involves writing, planning, research, or communication
Managers and team leads who want to streamline recurring work
Students managing multiple courses, deadlines, and study workflows
Solopreneurs and creators handling many tasks alone
You should be comfortable with basic ChatGPT use: signing in, sending messages, refining responses. If those are still new, take “Introduction to ChatGPT” first.
How does the learning work?
This course is structured as a workflow playbook:
Practical lessons (10–15 minutes)
Each lesson covers one specific work scenario with the exact prompts, structure, and approach to use.
Copy-paste prompts
You’ll get ready-to-use prompts for every workflow. Adapt them to your specific situation, save the ones that work, and reuse forever.
Realistic time savings
For each workflow, we discuss roughly how much time it actually saves and when it’s worth using vs. doing the task manually.
Building a personal system
By the end, you’ll have a collection of reusable prompts, custom instructions, and habits that fit your specific work — not a generic checklist.
Final productivity audit
The last lesson is a self-assessment: what’s working, what to add next, and how to keep growing your AI-assisted workflow over time.
